Portal weather transfer bug

Imagine you have portal A and portal B. Portal A is in your home biome, e.g. Black Forest, portal B is in Mountain. It is currently raining in Black Forest, but your portal is under the roof in a dry place, unreachable by the rain. You go into the portal wearing frost-resistance gear, e.g. Lox cape, which makes you immune to Mountain frost damage. You go into the portal dry, but you get the Wet status on arrival, even though there is no rain in Mountain. The Wet status makes you vulnerable to frost, and you start dying immeadiately upon arrival, even though you departed dry.
