Smelter coal and ore

so people are saying that the copper ore to coal ratio is 1 ore to 2 coal. however when you put 2 coal into the smelter for the 1 ore, it does not give you the ingot. if you put a 3rd piece in there, it gives you the ingot right away with the coal piece still in the smelter. im not sure if that is a bug or not

Same problem over here,need 21 coals to smelt 10 ores (copper, tin and iron. Haven't try anything else yet).

Also the 21th coal piece get half burned so for the next 10 ores i need 21 coals again

there was an update that did this, seems like they set the wrong counter to start from 0 instead of 1 or forgot to add +1 to a count. It use to be correct.
