LOST ALL ITEM

I was walking thru the swamp and suddenly black screen so i had to log out and log back in. After coming back in i was back in base all naked without my equipment. I went to previous places and my body was no where to be found since i didnt die. Please help me recover everything? i have spent endless hours grinding for everything and lost it all due to this black screen bug.... i dont want to continue to play if i cant recover ... please help

My girlfriend had this happen. She just used a portal back to our home base, took a few steps and black screen freeze. All items lost when logging back in.

This same thing happened to me just now. I’d like to recover my stuff if possible. Really makes me not want to continue :(
