Fix Server 'not responding' in Steam server list, also not shown in in-game list.

2456, 2457, and 2457 are all properly forwarded, I made sure of this by running another service on those 3 ports and checking the connection from an external location.

What do I mean by this is, if I run another service(something that is not Valheim_Server) on ports 2456, 2457, or 2458 then I am able to connect to and use whatever that service is be it RDP, FTP, an MC Server etc.

If I then close those services, start the Valheim_Server and check if the ports are open they now display as 'closed' and I can only connect to the Valheim server using a local ip, ex 192.168.xxx.xxx

I am entirely sure that I am not doing anything wrong with my port forwarding, if I was then no other service would be working on those ports and if I remove the ports they all stop working.

I completely disabled windows firewall to prevent it from being able to cause any issues.

I only ever managed to connect to the server using an external IP one time, and it only was possible to connect for a few minutes.
