Tombstone bugged away after my death and lost all my stuff

Hello guys, so i was at our base and a shaman poisoned me. i died and my Tombstone just bugged away with all of my stuff. i went back to my deathmark but it was not was there. i had a friend near me but he did not see anything.
I was streaming so i got pictures/video. I played it since release so its a big loss for me. Is there any option to get my stuff back?

Same thing has happened to me 3 times. All with full sets of gear and tools.

a freind and i fell through the same hole in a building and died on the same spot, this resulted in only one tombstone which meant i lost all my gear. at least it will be fun getting it all back.
