Gravestone Disappeared

I was playing with my friend from a different country and is a little bit laggy, and when he died i closed the server a few seconds after and because of this he lost all his items and the gravestone DISAPPEAR from the server, now we dont know what to do to get his items back, we spent like 40 hours in the game to get this loot and disappear like this is frustating.

I got this too after my friends defeated the boss and he blew up on my stone. I respawn, and not even an icon
