Burial chamber blocked from entry

Our server was attempting to enter burial chambers that have been unlocked with a key, but several people were blocked from entering while others were able to enter. We tried a different one nearby but it was still blocked. We were all able to enter after the dungeon was cleared. There were 8 of us.
