Make the connection to google-analytics.com optional for dedicated servers

Currently the dedicated server program will not start if it cannot connect to google-analytics.com. Can this please be made optional so we can run dedicated servers without having to expose ourselves to google analytics?

Indeed a huge issue for people like me who block all google domains on DNS level.

Will try this. Had issues with it as my dns automatically blocks google analtics.
