BUG: (10) Black Forest vendors meant to spawn, but only one ever does.

There is a bug where (10) Black Forest vendors are generated in the world, but only the first one ever spawns in the world. This can be confirmed by viewing the world in a hex editor to determine the coordinates of each, and teleporting to each of them.

This is the likely cause of the widespread complaints regarding hunting down this vendor.

I have run a few tests. The moment you visit one of these vendor locations, this location becomes permanent and the others disappear from your world file. This is actually helping you to find a vendor, because the chance to find him is 10 times higher.
