Crashing in black forest same location

Seems everytime i head north into the black forest before i get to the sea my game crashes. Doesnt crash my PC just the game. I thought it was just a certain Delve in the area but seems to happen above ground as well. I can play for hours in the black forest as long as i dont go north of the river that parts the woods.
