Allow dedicated servers to extend building capabilities beyond current foundation limitations

Assuming the existing restrictions are related to server requirements/load, would love to extend capabilities for building beyond the existing foundation + ~6 item limitation when playing on a dedicated server. Some of the most rewarding aspects of other games with building, notably Minecraft, is the variety and extent at which structures can be created. It would be fantastic if dedicated servers had an option to set the bounds at which buildings could be created. As is, we can barely make a sky bridge worth screenshotting for friends. Also, gazebos would be a nice touch.
