Stop cheat items being brough into non cheat servers

Started running a dedicated server, kids came in with cheat items and ruined the progression experience by dropping stuff on other people. Any chance of adding a "created with cheats" tag on each item object and include the ability to be able to stop those items (or characters who have cheated) from your server/dedicated server?

the tag is a great idea imo, you never know when someone in your friends group who claim to have farmed stuff actually just cheats resources in.
I think this could be accomplished with two admin options:
1. Require characters to be "world-locked" - they can only be played on that particular server/world. So only fresh characters can be created, and those characters can't be used on other worlds (or wouldn't be able to return if they have been).
2. Require items to be world-locked - only appear in-game if they originated on that server/world. Characters coming in to the world would be stripped of items that originated elsewhere.
So I'm hoping they just let us make a 'fresh' server that doesn't allow characters to transfer in and out. ie you have to make a character on that server and if you leave with that character it cannot rejoin (at least without mod permission)
This will stop shit friends from spawning items in a private world and bringing items over, using a character with high skills on a new server, or even worst people dying in the mountains and deciding yeh forget trying to get the body back il just spawn my gear easy haha. Ruined immersion.
Adding setting to server that blocks such items would be awesome!
