I just lost 35 hours of progress as my tombstone disappeared...after your apparent bugfix

SAME! 58.8 hours gone. Ive tried using the .old file and still doesn't work. Please help devs!

This just happened to me and I lost over 50 hours of gameplay because my tombstone disappeared, please help

i lost mine fighting the elder.. i died twice and my first tombstone disappeared couldnt find it anywhere

after the latest updare still there this bug
it is showing on other players without loo selection randome in the worls
this is anoying

100% still occurring after their fix - had it happen to 3 friends during the boss fight, all progress lost.
soon as duping is fixed - we wont have a fix.
