Cap on Mining Depth

Trying to dig a canal through some land and noticed there appears to be a maximum Mining Depth related to the original height of the land.
Removing this limitation would allow for some awesome terroforming opportunity.

TitoYES PLEASE, we're actually digging a canal to drive the Drakkar from ocean to a lake that could be a very cool place to put our house and do something that would look like a port but that's so hard with that depth limit :x

JoshI would love to see underground segment of the game in a future expansions. Like you dig down into a cave structure.
