Portal name being reset and unusable bug

I had a working portal which was suddenly unconnected.
Upon arriving at the portal I found the portal, undamaged but not interactable with name set to "". I could edit the name and enter the name but it did not get saved.
I could also not destroy the portal.
After restarting the server, the portal was gone and there were no materials. I was then able to rebuild the portal. Strange bug.
