Vegvisir Moder Bugged

I've seen conversations about this in the Official Discord along with experienced it myself but in some worlds the rune to acquire Vegvisir Moder's location is bugged and simply doesn't show the boss's location on map.

This has currently happened to me. I no longer know how to progress in this game now unfortunately.
