Tombstone Stuck In Crypt Entrance

My friend died while trying to get into a crypt by a slime and a drauger, the tombstone floated to the back of the Entrance and you cannot recover it by regular means. You will enter the crypt before given the option to loot the body, the Tombstone isnt accessible from the inside of the crypt either

Confirmed this happened to a friend, if you are looking into the cave entrance youll see the corpse - but its out of reach.

This happened to me. You can get around it this way -
Run into instance
Run back out
Immediately do a 180 and run to your tombstone
I was able to do this to regain all my stuff.
