Arrow Type should be visibile under the Bow you use ingame.

It would be great, if you could add a little symbol of the arrow type or similar under the Bow ingame, so you know the Type equipped, without checking inventory.

You can keep your arrows on the hotbar and see which one is equippted + change faster between the types. I assume you are not taking 6 types of arrows with you so keeping them there shouldnt be a problem :)
Having a small icon isnt a bad idea though
