Kiln and smelter not registering items inserted but disappear from my inventory.

I've seen at times when trying to add wood to the kiln and ore to the smelter it wont register that I have added them, but it does decrease my bag inventory for wood and ore. To fix it we log out of the server and back in but its frustrating because you basically lose what ever we try to put in; other than the small bugs this game is amazing.
