Item disappearing

Me and my friend were mining whole day iron scraps in swamps, when we got home, we tried to put that iron scraps in smelter but it didn´t went in. My friend suggested that I should leave and join back and maybe it will get fixed. Before that I put all iron scraps in chest. When I came back I checked that chest where it should be, but there was nothing, so i checked smelter, again nothing. We restarted server hoping iron would show up somewhere, but it dissapeared

I exactly have the same issue today. 6 stacks of Iron, disapeared... I'm a bit upset...

I lost the keys to the crypts when I put them in the chest. It will be difficult to continue playing without keys
