Loud rustling noise in Meadows

Every ~15-30 seconds in the Meadows, there's an extremely loud brushing/rustling/crackling noise that sounds like something moving quickly through the brush.
I believe it's supposed to be an ambient noise because I've never been able to find anything causing it, but it is *loud* - far louder than the music at the same volume setting, louder than most of the actually useful sound effects - and very abrupt. It seriously sounds like something is moving right next to me and it's creeping me out. Please make it stop!
