0.148.6 disconnect due to sent data being too low

I have been disconnected twice today after the update due to extremely low sending data. My receive sits at 40-80kbs bit sent is at 0.5kbs, which obviously is too low for continuous play.

I use a gportal dedicated server, all up to date with today's update.

Wondering if anyone else is having this issue and how to fix it.
