Draugr archer spawns inside stone

Next to spawn points (stonehenge looking site) draugr usually spawns inside a big stone and shoots arrows out of it in swamp. The stone can not be destroyed nor the draugr can get out of it.

This is a old bug. I will revisit it again to see if we can see what's the cause from.
