Rotate Vertically

Use Shift or CTRL + Scroll to rotate vertically (so you can decide the angles of beams, logs and roofing).

The game is set up as controller friendly. adding functions like this isn't likely atm.
And if we would add vertical rotations. we would have to redo a few build pieces since they may not work in all directions.
