(Linux) Valheim config file being overwritten

The valheim config file located at ~/.config/unity3d/IronGate/Valheim/prefs is overwritten when launching the game, preventing settings carrying over to the next launch after quitting the game. All settings are reset to default when the game is newly launched.

Can you confirm your file permissions for the user/group running the valheim install? Was this installed on the same user that is running the game/server?
