"Carrot ( Needs more room to grow )" but has enough space issue.

During the check to see if something is too close, could the particular items be highlighted? I'm having an issue with two dead spots in my garden where anything planted near those points wont grow saying there's not enough room.
I can't find any reason for this. I've even planted these first to make sure they're by themselves.
