Ocean clipping to the terrain horizon line and trees

When in the sea the ocean is clipping to the shape of the terrain and trees. The waves or effects never raise over the horizon line and sometimes the ocean horizon line is lower than the sea following the terrain shape. I don' know how to explain this better, but it is visible best when having the view is all zoomed in.

I have the same issue. Looks to be the same shapes on the areas of clipping too. Same shapes on every new world and character created. Only seems to show up over the ocean horizon, not an issue over land.

I see the same on my 6800XT. Didn't have this issue on my old nVidia 2080. So it may be AMD specific.

I reported this in June (https://valheimbugs.featureupvote.com/suggestions/192865/01541-broke-rendering-of-edge-of-the-world) and got "not a bug."

It's fixed for me in Hearth & Home. I have an RTX 2070.
