New Stamina system is too much of a nerf

The new food system nerfs health and stamina far too much. Stamina is unusable as small spouts of running and using bows use the entire bar in a tenth of the time when using max tier stam food. If you're playing in an area like the plains where you need high health to block, as well as high stamina to run, its unplayable, even with top tier items (let alone doing boss battles). My suggestion is to either allow a fourth food slot, or un-nerf food back to previous levels.
