"yagluth thing" boss drop placeholder

Private dedicated server with three players - we defeated yagluth and he dropped "yagluth thing" which the description reads as "placeholder for yagluth item".
Also when we put his head on the sacrificial stone thing it lit up and we got his power but nothing really happened after that? The raven didn't come and speak to us and it felt very anticlimactic so I'm not sure if something else was supposed to happen after defeating the final boss?
