'User generated content blocked' prompt appears upon trying to create character on GamePass version

I cannot create a new character because the game won't accept any word, telling me that the word is not allowed, later adding info that user generated content is blocked. I tried to change privacy setting on my ms account but everything is fine there. This issue does not appear in any other multiplayer game I played on gamepass.
