"Move to Cloud" actually moves to Local and vice-versa [public-test]

After clicking a "Move to cloud" on a character, I actually see the .fch save appearing on my local steam directory, and clicking "Move to Local", the file disappears (to the cloud), which is the opposite of the expected.

Are you really sure?

If the file is local (you can see the floppydisc icon)
If the file is in the cloud, (it have a little gray fluffy cloud icon)
