re-use boss stone after update

After the Mistlands update I was able to re-use a Bonemass and a Elder runestone to get a 2nd location for each one, but no more than that.

This is an issue when you have an older world and you use it when we push new content (dungeons, loctions and such)
Boss spawns can move around. so best thing to do is remove the old boss-markers and just get the new ones =)
