Black Box Covering Corner of Screen

As stated - I have a black box in the bottom left of the screen. It's not related to the console or the Steam overlay, and when I played previously (a few days ago) on the Xbox Game Pass version, it wasn't there. Now I have the game on Steam and I can barely make out my health.

I've tried with and without mods, with and without Console enabled, with and without Steam overlay, in multiple resolutions, windowed and full screen. Box doesn't change size, but disappears if I make the window small enough.

EDIT: Resolved now. Apparently Nvidia's streaming overlay tried applying a webcam to this game for some reason, despite never doing this for any other game. Disabling that removed the box (It was an inactive webcam area).
