"starburst" or Flashing on White text

When you use the <color=white> on signs, while using an Intel Arc dedicated GPU, the text will almost shine bright. When moving the camera around, the text tends to flash and could cause issues with epileptic people.
Tested on multiple computers, but with the same Intel Arc 750 GPU.
